CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL INFORMATION IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT, 4 OF 2013 (POPIA)

Denford Studios (herein referred to as Denford Studios) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Additionally, all images related to photography, canvases, or other creative orders will be deleted after the order has been received or on the 10th of each month, whichever comes first. This ensures adherence to data minimization and privacy principles.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the personal information provided to Denford Studios is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. Any changes to personal information should be communicated promptly to maintain accuracy and compliance.
